You will learn how to use the knowledge base and discusses how organizations can browse, locate, and share information in the repository. It also discusses how to create, manage and use teams and queues in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

** On site training - Travel expenses are included in this price. ** Must be booked 30 days or more in advance or additional fees for late booking apply ** Maximum 8 students for each class will receive Official Student Guide. ** Client is responsible for providing & preparing training room with projector and learner PCs with Windows Server 2008 R2 and Hyper-V prior to class start. ** Client is responsible for Pre-loading all learner PCs with VMs at least one business day prior to class starting date.
