Course Description:

This two day instructor-led course provides students with the tools to install and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. The course focuses on the components used within a Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment, the hardware and software requirements needed to successfully deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and the installation instructions for the primary Microsoft Dynamics CRM components: the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server, the E-Mail Router, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Office Outlook. The course also covers upgrading from earlier versions, configuring an Internet-facing Deployment and administration tasks.

** On site training - Travel expenses are included in this price. ** Must be booked 30 days or more in advance or additional fees for late booking apply ** Maximum 8 students for each class will receive Official Student Guide. ** Client is responsible for providing & preparing training room with projector and learner PCs with Windows Server 2008 R2 and Hyper-V prior to class start. ** Client is responsible for Pre-loading all learner PCs with VMs at least one business day prior to class starting date.
